- Rental of forklifts.
- Maintenance and repair services.

3. Quotes & Contracts
- All quotes provided are non-binding until confirmed in writing.
- A contract is established only after written confirmation by Enorm Services.
- Prices are in euros and may be subject to VAT unless otherwise stated.
4. Payment Terms
- Invoices must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Late payments may incur statutory interest and administrative fees.
- Goods remain our property until full payment is received.
5. Delivery & Rental
- Delivery dates are indicative; delays do not entitle the customer to compensation.
- Rental equipment must be returned in good condition. The customer is liable for damages beyond normal wear.
- Insurance during rental is the responsibility of the customer unless agreed otherwise.
6. Warranty & Liability
- New equipment is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
- Repair and maintenance work is guaranteed for 3 months unless otherwise agreed.
- Enorm Services is not liable for indirect damages (e.g., loss of profit, downtime).
7. Website Use
- All content (text, images, logo) on enorm-services.be is the property of Enorm Services and may not be copied or reused without permission.
- We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that all information on the website is error-free or up to date.
- Links to third-party websites are for convenience only; we are not responsible for their content.
8. Privacy
Your use of our services and website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
9. Termination
